Production Systems. Real Shipments. Real Money.
We don’t show mockups. These are live platforms handling insured shipments, cross-border packages, and warehouse operations every day. Client names withheld under NDA — the engineering speaks for itself.
High-Value Insured Shipping Platform
The Challenge
Our client needed to compete with the dominant insured-shipping incumbent in the US jewelry market: a platform combining carrier shipping with integrated insurance, billing, and international customs — the kind of build most agencies decline because the domain is unforgiving. Insurance math must be exact. Billing must be duplicate-proof. Customs filings must be right the first time.
The Outcome
Live in production, processing insured shipments daily across domestic and international routes. Insurance charges, billing, and customs filings run without manual intervention.
What We Built
- Full FedEx API integration: rating, labels, tracking, address validation
- Automated insurance engine — coverage calculated per shipment from declared value, commodity type, and destination rules
- Credit & billing system with customer limits, itemized invoices, and duplicate-proof numbering
- Exception queues with role-based approvals for flagged high-risk shipments
- International module: EEI/AES filing, HS codes, commercial invoices
- Multi-location permissions for distributed operations teams

What This Proves
We can build money-path systems where correctness is non-negotiable — and we understand shipping insurance at the domain level, not just the code level.
Caribbean Cross-Border Forwarding Platform
The Challenge
Replace the region’s dominant package-forwarding incumbent with a modern platform serving 5+ Caribbean markets — each with its own customs rules, duty rates, and service fees. The operation ran through a Miami consolidation hub with island-level delivery partners, and the existing tools couldn’t model any of it.
The Outcome
Launched across multiple Caribbean markets, handling receiving, customs calculation, and last-mile coordination.
What We Built
- Miami hub operations: receiving, sorting, consolidation with package-level tracking from intake
- Multi-country duty & tax calculation engine, built as configurable rules — new countries without code rewrites
- Per-service handling fee automation across destinations
- Real-time package status tracking, hub to door
- Multi-country admin panels with location-based, role-based access
- Country-specific payment processing

What We Learned (and you benefit from)
Cross-border platforms live or die on fee-rule flexibility and status discipline. We build both in from day one — because we’ve seen exactly what breaks when they’re afterthoughts.
Custom Warehouse Management System
The Challenge
A live warehouse operation running on spreadsheets: inventory counts nobody trusted, mispicks eating margin, and fulfillment knowledge locked in senior staff heads.
The Outcome
Spreadsheets retired. The system runs daily warehouse operations with real-time inventory the whole team trusts.
What We Built
- Barcode-scanned receiving and putaway
- Pick / pack / ship workflows driven by orders
- Real-time inventory tracking with locations and cycle counts
- Carrier integration for automated label generation
- Fulfillment dashboards and operational reporting

What This Proves
Operational software succeeds when the people on the floor can actually use it. We build with the staff who will run it, before launch rather than after.
The Pattern Across All Three
Every platform above shares one thing: the domain is unforgiving.
Insurance math, duty rules, inventory truth — these systems handle money, and money-path software has to be right.
That’s the work we choose, and the work generic agencies avoid.
Bring Your Hardest Edge Case
If your operation runs on software that almost fits — or spreadsheets that definitely don’t — the first step is a 30-minute technical conversation.
